Booking a Consultation
Navigate to
/telemedicine.Scroll to the Request a Consultation form.
Fill in your name, email, phone, preferred topic, preferred date, and any additional information.
Click Request Consultation. The clinical team will follow up to schedule your session.
AI Tutor Escalation
You don't always need to visit the telemedicine page directly. When using the AI Tutor, if you ask a question that requires professional clinical judgment (e.g., medication decisions, symptom interpretation), the tutor may display a gold consultation card suggesting you book a session.
This card includes:
- A recommendation to speak with a clinician
- An auto-prefilled booking form — your name and email are pre-filled from your account, and the topic is derived from your conversation
- A direct link to the telemedicine page
Seamless handoff
The AI tutor is designed to recognize when questions exceed educational scope. The escalation is seamless — one click from the tutor panel to a pre-filled booking form.
