Health Profile
Paid UserYour Health Profile is the foundation of personalized learning on PATHS. By entering your biomarkers, health goals, conditions, and medications, you enable the AI tutor, daily protocols, and action plans to tailor recommendations specifically to your body.
Your data is private
Health profile data is used exclusively for personalization within PATHS. It is never shared with third parties, never indexed in search, and is only accessible by you. Even the AI tutor only references your health data during your own conversations.
Accessing Your Health Profile
Navigate to Account → Health Profile in the sidebar, or visit /account/health directly.

Health Goals
Select the goals most important to you from 10 options:
- Improve Sleep, Lose Weight, Increase Energy, Reduce Inflammation, Build Muscle
- Improve Cognition, Cardiovascular Health, Hormone Balance, Longevity Optimization, Stress Management
Click a goal button to toggle it on or off. Selected goals influence your daily protocols and content recommendations.
Biomarkers
Track your key health biomarkers over time. PATHS supports 16 preset biomarkers with auto-filled units and normal ranges:
Enter biomarker results from your blood panels over time to build a trend history. With two or more readings, PATHS generates trend charts — see Biomarker Tracking.
Health Conditions & Medications
These are optional fields that help the AI avoid conflicting recommendations:
- Health Conditions — List any relevant conditions (e.g., "Type 2 diabetes," "Hashimoto's thyroiditis")
- Current Medications — List supplements and medications (e.g., "Metformin 500mg," "Vitamin D3 4000 IU")
Pillar Priorities
Rank the six longevity pillars by importance to you. Your pillar priorities influence the order and emphasis of daily protocol recommendations.
Use the up/down arrows to reorder. The pillars are:
- Nutrition
- Movement
- Sleep
- Mental Health
- Diagnostics
- Longevity Science
Saving Your Profile
Click Save Health Profile at the bottom of the page. Changes take effect immediately — your next AI tutor conversation, daily protocol, and action plan will incorporate the updated data.
