Your free account gives you a taste of what PATHS offers. To unlock the full content library, course enrolment, and AI-powered features, you can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time.

Regular

Full access to the article library across all six longevity pillars

Premium

Everything in Regular, plus:

Access to premium-exclusive articles and advanced courses
AI-powered tutor with health-aware personalization (50 conversations/day)
Health Profile with biomarker tracking and trend charts
Personalized daily protocols (morning, afternoon, evening routines)
AI-generated action plans after course completion
Telemedicine consultations included in your plan
10% discount on diagnostic packages

Enterprise

Everything in Premium, plus:

Organisation-level access for teams
Multi-user management and reporting
Custom content and learning paths for your organisation

Not sure which tier?

Most individual users find that Regular unlocks everything they need to get started. Premium is ideal if you want AI-assisted learning and the deepest content library. Enterprise is designed for organisations training teams.

How to Upgrade

Click your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

Select Account Settings or Billing from the dropdown menu.

On the billing page, review the available tiers and select the plan that fits your needs.

Choose between monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans offer a discounted rate.

Click Upgrade to proceed to checkout. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.

Complete your payment details. Your new tier is activated immediately upon successful payment.

Instant activation

Once payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately. You can start enrolling in courses and accessing premium content right away — no need to log out and back in.

Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PATHS does not store your card details.
You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel from the billing page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Managing your subscription after upgrading

You can change your plan, switch between monthly and yearly billing, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing to access these options. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and any course progress is preserved.

If you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period. Any course progress is preserved and will be available if you re-subscribe.
