Managing Your Profile
Free UserYour PATHS profile stores your account information and preferences. This guide covers how to access and update your account settings.
Accessing Account Settings
Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
You will see your profile page with your current account details.
Updating Your Name
On the account settings page, locate the name fields.
Edit your first name and last name as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Updating Your Email Address
On the account settings page, locate the email field.
Enter your new email address.
Click Save. You may be required to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
Email verification
Changing your email address may require you to verify the new address by clicking a confirmation link. Until verified, your previous email remains active on the account.
Changing Your Password
Password requirements and best practices
Your password must be at least 8 characters long. For maximum security, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords. Avoid reusing passwords from other services.
On the account settings page, find the password section.
Enter your new password. It must be at least 8 characters long.
Confirm the new password by typing it again.
Click Save to update your password.
Choose a strong password
Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. A password manager can help you generate and store strong passwords securely.
Your Profile Page
Your profile page shows:
- Your name and email — The identity associated with your account.
- Current tier — Your subscription level (Free, Regular, Premium, or Enterprise).
- Account creation date — When you joined PATHS.
