Accessing Assigned Content

Organization User

Your organization administrator selects which content is available to your team. This includes articles, courses, and learning paths that align with your organization's training goals. This guide explains how to find and access that content.

How Org Access Levels Work

Every piece of content on PATHS has an access level — Free, Regular, Premium, or Enterprise. Your organization is assigned an access level by your admin, and you can view any content at or below that level.

For example, if your organization has Premium access, you can view all Free, Regular, and Premium content that has been tagged for your organization's tenant.

Finding Your Organization's Content

Content assigned to your organization appears throughout the platform just like any other content. There is no separate section you need to navigate to — org-assigned articles and courses appear in the main content listings, search results, and course catalogs.

To identify content available through your organization:

  • Courses page — browse all courses. Courses within your org's access level display an Enroll button.
  • Articles page — articles available to your org appear in the standard article listing.
  • Search — use the search bar to find topics relevant to your role. Results respect your combined access level.

Not seeing expected content?

If a colleague can access content that you cannot, your accounts may have different personal tiers. Remember that PATHS uses the higher of your personal tier and org access level. Contact your administrator if you believe your access level is incorrect.

Enrolling in Org Courses

Enrolling in a course assigned by your organization follows the same process as any other course:

Navigate to the Courses page from the main menu.
Find the course you want to take and click on it.
Click the Enroll button on the course detail page.
Begin the first lesson. Your progress is saved automatically.
