Publishing Content
PublisherPublishing is the final step in the content pipeline. When you publish an article, it becomes visible to learners on the platform frontend, appears in search results, and is accessible through content listings and recommendations.

Publishing an Article

What happens when you publish
The article immediately becomes available on the frontend. It will appear in content listings, search results, and category pages. If the article is part of a course, it becomes accessible to enrolled learners.
Before changing the status to Published, verify:
- Title and description are polished and appropriate for public display
- Category and tags are set correctly for proper content organization
- Featured image is present if required by the content type
- Quiz questions (if any) have correct answers marked with explanations
Once published, the article is immediately visible to all learners with appropriate access. If you discover an issue after publishing, you can archive the article to remove it from listings while you coordinate a fix with the editorial team.
Handling Issues After Publication
If a problem is found in a published article:
- Minor issues — Coordinate with an Editor to make corrections directly. The article can remain published during minor fixes.
- Serious issues — Archive the article immediately to remove it from listings, then work with the editorial team to resolve the problem. The article can be returned to Draft for a full revision cycle.
